These terms apply when you use brutalingo at https://brutalingo.com (the service), run by brutalingo, spain. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

brutalingo offers short Spanish stories with audio, quizzes, vocabulary, grammar notes and flashcards for learning. We may add, change or remove features and stories at any time.

Your account

• You can read without an account. Saving progress needs one.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, contact us.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law, or use the service to harm others;
• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
• disrupt the service, for example with automated requests or malware;
• copy the stories, audio or images in bulk, or resell them, without our written permission.

Content and ownership

The stories, audio, images, software and design of the service belong to brutalingo or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning. Videos shown in some stories are played from YouTube and are subject to YouTube's own terms.

Learning, not guarantees

We work to make the material accurate, but language learning results depend on you, and the service is provided "as is", without promises that it is error free or always available. Quizzes and level estimates are guides only.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, brutalingo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of spain.
